I finally finished the PADI advanced open water diver cetification. It was a lot of fun especially the second day when I saw breaching whales on the way out to the S. Solitary Is. dive site. Then bellow the water I was surrounded by about a dozen grey nurse sharks (a.k.a. "nursies") and a giant cuttle-fish. Unfortunately my camera was not sufficient for the depths that we were going (28 meters max depth) but the picture of the breaching whale...that's right...I got 'em.
